What's makes Green Community special?

You only have to drive by the community to know what we are talking about but if you don’t have the time for it, then just browse through our listings where each property has been photographed extensively with tons of photos, property description and floor plans. Green Community is located just off the Emirates road in Dubai Investment Park and also in MotorCity adjacent to Arabian Ranches. Far from the maddening crowd, it’s easy to forget you are in Dubai when you are living here! Agreed it might be far for some, but its ideal for those who work in the Jebel Ali area and for those who simply like the quality of life that a Green Community Home offers. By quality of life I mean, there is greenery and lots of it, there are parks sprinkled with beautiful water features and pagodas that look amazing when they are lit up at night – here’s a photo (ok so it’s not a great photo but you get the picture, right :) )

Community centers that are accessible to all residents, tennis courts, basketball courts, cycling trials, walkways, beautiful water features, cobbled pathways – this community is just a dream!

The community itself has a small market place called “The Market” (duh!) and it has everything from a Choithrams supermarket to a YOGA centre and medical facilities. There are 3 great schools in the area within a 10 minutes driving distance and a great school for the tiny tots called the Children’s Garden – beware I have heard there is a waiting list and not easy to get admission!
